Because the film is based on a true story, the score was conceived with restraint and sensitivity. The aim was to support the emotional weight of the material without sensationalising it, allowing the performances and the subject matter to remain at the centre.
Electric guitars processed through different effects became a key part of the sound palette, used more as texture and emotional tension than as a dominant musical voice. With the exception of a few more dramatic scenes, the music remains deliberately discreet, supportive and non-invasive.
